Its becoming clear that the magnitude of fraud perpetrated against US and Iraqi citizens is staggering in size and has yet to be fully revealed to the public. Its consequences are likely a failed political effort in Iraq and the loss of tens of thousands of lives in a bloody civil war. Paul Bremer, the former administrator of the Coalition Provisional Authority (CPA), delivers testimony to the House Committee on Oversight and Government Reform this week.
